Pinnacle Partners team members, all now vaccinated, are working with each and every client to ensure the safety of both our clients' employees and our staff. When we are at a client location we continue to wear masks and social distance in accordance with client policies and procedures.
A major undertaking during the past few months has been to assist our clients in updating and documenting processes designed to enhance/ensure the success of these safety policies and procedures. If you haven't had a process review for these procedures or any other processes that are in need of improvement, please contact us.
We are here. When you need us. We can assist you through the use of Zoom, Skype, your company's internet conferencing platform, or by teleconferencing; all of these options paired with email and cloud-based support. Call us at (405) 888-6806 or email us at email@example.com.
During the pandemic, our team has been analyzing the data generated by many states, counties and local governments.

By now, I was hoping to say to all of our current and future clients that it is good to be back to normal. But, as we all know all too well, that is not the reality we are faced with.
With the surge of new COVID-19 cases, largely from the delta variant, companies and government entities are being forced to reassess how they conduct business during a pandemic. That brief moment of relief during the Spring has been replaced with a feeling of "What next?"
Our team at Pinnacle Partners continues to adjust how we interact with clients, and has adopted the word "flexible" as a major operating strategy as we make our way through this economic nightmare.
2020 is over, but the pandemic is not. Apparently it is not 2021, but 2020-won. Now is the time to carve out the future by attacking the processes in need of improvement. We all need to get ahead of the game and not let next year be 2020-too.
Process improvement, realignment of business processes, and quality improvement in a (for now) disconnected world can mean the difference between survival and extinction of an organization.
We are ready to assist you. Contact us to join the battle to overcome the effects the pandemic has brought upon our way of life.

Each of our team members are capable of meeting with you or your entire team using Zoom in a video conference setting. This allows all of your team to participate regardless of their location. You can have your team onsite, at another location, or even at home.
And with Zoom technology each participant can be seen on everyone's computer screen to avoid misinterpretation of what is said. Zoom meetings can be joined by computer/webcam and through audio calls when internet access is not available. Screens can be shared and information readily provided by the Pinnacle team through the use of Dropbox or your company's secure file distribution system.
Like Zoom, each of our team members are capable of meeting with you or your entire team using Skype in a video conference setting. This allows all of your team to participate regardless of their location. You can have your team onsite, at another location, or even at home.
Skype technology also allows each participant to be seen on everyone's computer screen but in a slightly different format than Zoom. Skype meetings can be joined by computer/webcam and through audio calls when internet access is not available. Data and information can be shared by the Pinnacle team through the use of Dropbox or your company's secure file distribution system.
The Pinnacle Partners team has telephone conference call accounts available for those clients without internet access. Allowing for an unlimited number of participants, each person attending the call can dial in on their own phone to make it easier to hear all participants, or where the client does not have a conference room capable of handling such a call.
