WorkSITE SAFETY RULES FOR COVID-19
Develop worksite safety rules similar to these
- Create separation by having departments/areas use their own entrances, break rooms & bathrooms. This means a complete separation of employees.
- Use social distancing guidelines of 6 feet apart for employees working in a department/area whenever possible.
- Require employees to utilize face masks and nitrile/latex gloves (if possible).
- Restrict the number of employees in the restroom at any one time.
- Have material handlers move work between departments/areas – but do not allow these material handlers to enter into the departments/areas; drop off all work at the outside edge of the area.
- In break rooms require employees to sit/stand a minimum of 6 feet apart at all times.
- Develop a three-level cleaning protocol.
- normal janitorial services
- special sanitizing team cleaning all contact points (break rooms, restrooms, time clocks, door knobs, arms on chairs, etc.) 2-3 (minimum) times per shift
- Facility-wide deep sanitizing of all contact points and equipment performed at least bi-weekly (preferably on a weekly basis)

- All critical visitors must sign a COVID-19 free statement.
- Hygiene Protocols should be documented and posted throughout the facility.
- constant hand sanitizing
- no touching
