Pinnacle Partners team members are not all sitting in one room answering the phones and hoping that this crisis will end soon. We are actually spread out in 5 states across the nation working from home offices in an effort to keep our clients quality of services and products high, and their processes flowing smoothly.
As your business begins to adjust to this new normal (which we all hope is short-term) you may find yourself needing to adjust processes, analyze the quality of your products or services, rewrite Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), or just flat out need some sound business advice. Processes will change. That is a given. How each and every business reacts to this change will in many cases determine who survives long-term.
We are here. When you need us. If you are a non-essential business or are a business classified as high-risk due to employee exposure to the virus, we can assist you through the use of Zoom, Skype, your company's internet conferencing platform, or by teleconferencing; all of these options paired with email and Dropbox support. If you are an essential business and you need us onsite, after a screening process, we will do everything in our power to provide you the support you need. Call us at (405) 888-6806 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

As we said in an earlier email, amid the ongoing concern about the COVID-19 Coronavirus, we want to express that the health, well-being and safety of our clients and employees is our top priority; as well as the continuity of business so there remains minimal disruption to normal operations.
As of April 1, 2020 all Pinnacle Partners team members have been ordered to shelter-in-place or are under a safer-at-home directive by state and/or local authorities, depending on where the team member lives. We know that these extreme measures have been changing on a daily basis and that the business world as we knew it two weeks ago may be changed forever. Many organizations are struggling. Many small businesses will most likely not survive this pandemic.
We want each and everyone of our clients to know that this does not mean that Pinnacle Partners West is out of business or will be out of business. Quite the opposite. Our foundation is strong. Our resources are many. This means that our team is working diligently to redefine the way we work and the way we support our clients. To that end, the Pinnacle Partners team will support any client long-distance, unless it is absolutely necessary for us to be onsite; and then we will travel only in support of essential businesses as defined by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
It is our goal to do whatever it takes to ensure the safety and health of our team members and our clients. It does not matter whether you are a manufacturing company, food processing company, health care organization, distribution company, insurance company, institution of higher education, or a government agency, we want to help when and where we can.
To support our clients at this time, we are providing services via the internet and through teleconferencing. During this challenging time, please take care of yourselves, family members, friends and colleagues. If you need us to assist with your processes or quality issues, call (405) 888-6806 or email email@example.com. For the most up-to-date information and guidelines regarding COVID-19, please visit CDC.gov, and your local and state health authorities’ websites.

Each of our team members are capable of meeting with you or your entire team using Zoom in a video conference setting. This allows all of your team to participate regardless of their location. You can have your team onsite, at another location, or even at home.
And with Zoom technology each participant can be seen on everyone's computer screen to avoid misinterpretation of what is said. Zoom meetings can be joined by computer/webcam and through audio calls when internet access is not available. Screens can be shared and information readily provided by the Pinnacle team through the use of Dropbox or your company's secure file distribution system.
Like Zoom, each of our team members are capable of meeting with you or your entire team using Skype in a video conference setting. This allows all of your team to participate regardless of their location. You can have your team onsite, at another location, or even at home.
Skype technology also allows each participant to be seen on everyone's computer screen but in a slightly different format than Zoom. Skype meetings can be joined by computer/webcam and through audio calls when internet access is not available. Data and information can be shared by the Pinnacle team through the use of Dropbox or your company's secure file distribution system.
The Pinnacle Partners team has telephone conference call accounts available for those clients without internet access. Allowing for an unlimited number of participants, each person attending the call can dial in on their own phone to make it easier to hear all participants, or where the client does not have a conference room capable of handling such a call.
